Annual Boats and Bluegrass Music Festival – The Winonan

From Sep. 25-28, Prairie Island was filled with tents, campers, and music lovers. Staying for the day or the whole weekend, the annual Boats and Bluegrass Music Festival is a highlight in the local music scene in Winona. Welcoming artists from the Midwest and beyond the two-stage festival ensures that you can enjoy and see everyone that performed
