The festival will take place at Victoria Park in Cadoxton on July 12 and 13.
Organisers say the free festival aims to bring fun and happy memories with family and friends.
The weekend will see 15 acts performing on the bandstand, including a mix of well-known local acts and community choirs, alongside new favourites, covering a range of musical genres.
The entertainment will be complemented by games, snacks, drinks, and a new family zone.
The festival has faced a challenging few years, but support from Barry Town Council and the local community, who donated £3,500 to offset increasing costs, has helped to secure its future.
Tenovus Choir, a regular at the event in recent years, perform at midday on the Saturday followed by Hope 4 Change and local musician Harrison Ollier.
From 2pm, bands One Man Down, Little Giants, Velvet Sound, The Brides, and The Four Horsemen will take the stage.
On Sunday, the music will open with the growing community group Super Choir, followed by local singer Aggi Evans.
The seven-piece Swing Jump Jive Band St Louis Express will return to the Bandstand after a successful performance in 2024. They will be followed by Tumbling Dice and Ecstatic Caravan.
The weekend will conclude with Cadstock favourites Black Jam Circus, a band inspired by ska, reggae, and indie rock, and local rockers Stonehouse.
Cadstock 2025 has been supported by Barry Town Council, partnered with Bro Radio, and sponsored by Barry Town FC, Roperhurst, Empress Piercing, and LMF Motor Factors.
