The sheriff’s office said she is believed to be driving a red 2006 Ford Escape with plates reading AEW-1073.
“Our Office has spoken with multiple friends and acquaintances of Ms. Bowen, who report that she is ‘OK’ and not in any danger; however, the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office has not yet confirmed this from Ms. Bowen herself,” NCSO said.
They plan to keep Bowen listed as missing until they can directly confirm her safety.
