Boston Calling will not take place in 2026, organizers announced Friday, with the annual music festival set to return in June of 2027.
The hiatus, announced on social media and the Boston Calling website, comes just weeks after the 2025 lineup took over Allston’s Harvard Athletic Complex, with performers like Luke Combs, Sheryl Crow, and Fall Out Boy taking the stage.
The festival, which debuted in 2013 and has typically taken place in late May, will return June 4-6, 2027, organizers said.
Organizers did not specify the reason for the “short break.”
“Stay tuned for updates and thank you again for making the festival a cherished summer tradition,” the announcement said.
This is a developing story and will be updated.
