Adolescence, The Studio and The Pitt were the triumphant winners at the 77th Emmy Awards on Sunday, taking away the top prizes of the 2024-25 television season.
Netflix‘s psychological drama Adolescence picked up the most awards of the night, with six wins, including for acting, directing and writing.
Emmys newcomer The Studio, a satirical comedy about Hollywood, came away with four wins of the night, including Best Comedy Series. Actor Seth Rogen won awards for acting, writing and directing in the Apple TV+ series.
Also new to the Emmy Awards scene was The Pitt, which made an impression with 13 Emmy nominations for its first year, and scored three wins of the night, including Best Drama Series.
Meanwhile, Apple TV+’s Severance, which led the pack, with 27 nominations, won two awards for acting, while HBO Max’s The Penguin, which had a total of 24 nominations, scored one win of the night.
