On Point Music Festival returns to Cincinnati with free live music extravaganza

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The On Point Music Festival is set to make a return to Sawyer Point this summer offering two nights of live music across multiple stages, all completely free to the public.

This year’s festival on Friday, August 1, and Saturday, August 2, offers a mix of established acts and rising talent from Cincinnati and beyond.

Saturday’s headliner, Motherfolk, recently celebrated the release of their highly anticipated album “Eternal Joy” with a performance at Woodward Theater in June. Also performing on Saturday, indie mainstays Multimagic, fresh off the release of their new single “Heart.” Joining the lineup are Touchdown Jesus, alongside Americana favorites The Tillers and Maria Carrelli.

Friday’s main stage will be led by Ashes & Arrows, following Noah Smith.

“This lineup brings together everything we love about our regional music community,” said Nick Barrows, Inhailer Radio Local Music Director, in a media release. “It’s a joy to help bring these artists to a bigger stage and share that energy with the whole city.”

In addition to live music, festival attendees can enjoy roller skating, beach volleyball, and pickleball, open to all skill levels. Admission is free.
